The following are the policies and procedures of silverliningsports.com and silverliningsports.ca. By visiting or using our site, you agree to these terms and will abide all laws governing the site. Silver Lining Sports & Entertainment (SLSE) deserves the right to change these policies and procedures at any time. Be sure to check this page periodically to view any changes that may have been made.
Ticket Ordering Policies
Silver Lining Sports & Entertainment (SLSE) is a privately-owned agency and is in no way affiliated with any sports team, box office, venue or other ticket agency. All tickets are predominately sold at or above the face value. The price printed on the ticket will generally not be our selling price. Our prices reflect the cost and difficulty in obtaining the premium tickets that we offer. In addition, all orders for events in Canada, or to Canada-based purchasers will be assessed HST at a rate of 13% on Canadian events, and GST at a rate 5% and QST on Quebec purchases at a rate of 9.975% (if applicable) and shipping fees. Tickets are priced at the current market value and are subject to change at any time without notice. As of July 2015, ticket brokering has been deemed completely legal by the Canadian government. Standard Ticket Orders
Tickets are generally in stock and the customer knows the exact seating location at the time of purchase. Since our online ordering function is not in "real time", occasionally tickets that were ordered are no longer available. Should the tickets not be available, you will be offered tickets of equal or better location/value at no extra charge. Customers are not obligated to accept tickets other than those originally ordered and may accept a credit for a future purchase. Credit Cards are not charged until we have confirmed ticket availability.
Purchases over $1,000 (local Toronto events) and $500 (out of town events) may require a Credit Card Authorization form to be filled out by the credit cardholder and faxed back to us along with a copy of the credit card (front and back) and drivers license. SLSE reserves the right to request a Credit Card Authorization Form at its discretion.
Any orders placed after 5pm EST, weekdays, holidays or weekends, will not be processed until next business day. Once an order has been confirmed, a SLSE representative will contact the customer via email, or phone.

Authorization Forms must be returned to us in a timely manner. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the proper documentation has not been returned to us, even if the order has been confirmed.
Accuracy of Information
Certain provincial or city laws may regulate the purchase of tickets to certain entertainment events. You understand that adhering to these laws is your responsibility. You agree to not hold SLSE liable for if you choose to not follow these laws. You may be asked to provide personal information during certain processes on our Site. You warrant that all information you provide (i.e. name, address, credit card), to be true, and correct, and you will update this information as it changes.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide proper billing information: name, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, security code, telephone number, and email. Failure to do so may result in delays in processing your order, and the availability of tickets. A delay may also result in cancellation of your order.
You agree to only use credit cards belonging to you, friends, or immediate family members who authorize such use to purchase tickets on our site. You also agree to not try to conceal your identity or I.P. addresses to purchase tickets on our site.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the event date, time, venue, and seat locations, quantity. After an order is placed, the customer will receive a series of emails including Order Request, Order Confirmation, and Shipping Information.
SLSE has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. In some cases we require visitors to give us contact and personal information. This information is used only in replying to inquiries or processing orders. Our site has security measures in place to protect against loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We are the sole owner of any personal information we receive. Furthermore, we will NOT sell, share, or rent ANY of the information that visitors provide us with. Forms of Payment
We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. In some cases a Credit Card Authorization Form must be filled out and returned to us along with a copy of the cardholder's Driver's license and credit card (front and back).
We also accept payments by:

• On Account (for some clients it is possible to purchase tickets on account)
• PayPal (directly from your PayPal account)
• Cheques - only if timing permits. We accept cashier's checks, and money orders. We also accept Company or Personal Checks but orders will not be shipped until check clears, which can take up to 7-10 business days.
Refunds, Cancellations, Exchanges & Ticket Availability
Orders are not confirmed or accepted until SLSE has received payment. Until orders are confirmed by a representative, ticket availability may be subject to change. SLSE deserves the right to cancel an order upon our discretion. If tickets ordered are no longer available, SLSE will offer alternative seats in the general area of where original seats were located.
SLSE does not allow refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order unless the event purchased is cancelled/postponed.
If for any reason tickets are no longer available, SLSE may offer a store credit for a future purchase. A store credit never expires. To use a store credit please contact a customer service representative.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Tickets
SLSE stresses to take care of your tickets once received. Treat them as if they were cash. In some cases, tickets can be reprinted, but there are no guarantees of your tickets being replaced.
In the event you are denied access to an event, contact Customer Service immediately. A SLSE representative will investigate each situation individually and do the necessary work to figure out why you were denied entrance and refund you 100% after confirmation.
Delivery and Shipping
SLSE orders are shipped by FedEx, unless alternate delivery selected. A signature is required for all FedEx shipments to ensure your tickets arrive safely. FedEx will not deliver to any P.O. Box, so you must provide a proper street address. In the case you provide a delivery location other than your credit card billing location, you are responsible for that delivery. SLSE is not responsible for any delays caused by the customer not being available to sign for a FedEx. The expected arrival of your order is based on the date SLSE processes your order and the delivery method you have chosen. Tickets are generally delivered within a few days of order confirmation or by a mutually agreed upon date.
Certain pages of the site may reference or link to third party sites through the web. SLSE has no control over these sites or the content on them. SLSE does not endorse content on any third party sites nor can we guarantee they are free of viruses that may harm your computer. By linking to a third party site from SLSE, you understand that you cannot hold SLSE at fault for any damages resulted from that site.
No postings on our site or social media platforms may be used by visitors to conduct sales of tickets, or services of any kind. You must obtain our written consent to post any commercial offers on our site, whether it is advertising or links to third party websites. You may not use SLSE to resell your own tickets or link to any other website with the purpose of reselling. We will investigate any such cases and take legal action if necessary if the SLSE brand is used without our written consent. Failure to follow this will result in removal of posting from site and banning such user from using our site in the future.
SLSE reserves the right to request additional information at any time during the order process. SLSE may want to confirm shipping address (to safeguard against any fraudulent orders). In some cases a Credit Card Authorization Form may need to be filled out, based on the discretion of a SLSE representative.
Some events may have age restrictions, so please be aware of any policies that may exist before ordering tickets, as no order can be cancelled. SLSE is not responsible if you are denied entry into an event based on the venues policies.
